Eligible for Refund
- ✓ Subscription cancelled within 7 days without accessing any premium content
- ✓ Digital products where you have NOT downloaded the PDF AND have NOT accessed the HTML ebook in your profile
- ✓ Technical issues preventing access to purchased content (subject to verification)
- ✓ Duplicate purchases (full refund of duplicate transaction)
NOT Eligible for Refund
- ✗ Subscription after accessing ANY premium content (courses, guides, tools)
- ✗ Digital products after downloading the PDF OR accessing the HTML ebook
- ✗ Video courses after watching any lesson
- ✗ Changed mind after consuming content
- ✗ Claims of "not learning anything" after content access
- ✗ Account violations or terms of service breaches
Subscription Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment, provided you have NOT accessed any premium content behind the paywall. Once you access courses, guides, or tools, your subscription becomes non-refundable.
What counts as "accessing content":
- • Opening any course lesson or video
- • Viewing any premium prompt guide
- • Using any premium AI tools
- • Downloading any premium resources
Digital Product Refunds
Digital products (ebooks, templates, etc.) are eligible for refund ONLY if you have NOT downloaded the PDF AND have NOT accessed the HTML ebook in your profile. Once you either download the PDF or open the interactive HTML version, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.
What counts as "accessing content":
- • Downloading the PDF version
- • Opening the interactive HTML ebook in your profile
- • Viewing any chapter or section of the ebook
We track all downloads and ebook access to protect our intellectual property and ensure fair use.
Video Course Protection
All video courses are protected by copyright and include the following measures:
- • Personalized watermarks with your account information
- • Screen recording detection and monitoring
- • Access logging and security tracking
Attempting to record, download, or share course content will result in immediate account termination without refund.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above:

- 2. Include your order number and reason for refund
- 3. We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- 4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- • No refund is provided for the current billing cycle
- • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- • Your account data is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe
Important Note
This refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. Digital content, once accessed, cannot be "returned" like a physical product. We encourage you to review our free content and trial options before making a purchase.
